Some people tell us that the most sensible thing would be, being this our first heavy project, to search the co production of production companies with experience in order to obtain facilities such as the access to public subventions, TV pre-buying and, maybe, a better economic help. ¿But at what price?
We firmly believe in the continuous transformation of all arts and, although it may seem impossible, we want to turn production into another form of art, including new ideas and methods in order to do projects that, if carried out through other methods, could not be possible or could be transformed by commercial purposes.
In this documentary we bet on a new production method, with greater social implication and with creative freedom, deviating from the standard of actual production that is fully dictated by the audiovisual industry.
The estimate of the documentary adds up to 60.000€, and to finance it we are searching for the participation of entities and particulars who are interested both in the project and in the original production method that we propose.
We know it is possible. In fact, people that knew the purpose before this website was published have given a fourth of the total cost of the project.
¿What happens if we do not achieve the total financing?
The estimate includes, between others, our wages and the money that we have achieved serves us to pay the filming costs. The professionals that have accepted the participation on this project have done it because they believe in it, and we have agreed that the previously agreed remuneration will be recovered when we achieve the 100% of the financing.
We will do the documentary, the only risk is that we may not earn any money for the work and the effort that we are all doing.
